INFORMATION OBLIGATION

Please be advised that the administrator of your personal data is Westminster Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Sienna 93/55, 00-815 Warszawa. In matters regarding your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the above-mentioned address as well as by e-mail at info@westminster.pl.

Your personal data will be processed in order to organize the Westminster Day (determination of the number of participants, distribution of free tickets, contact with participants in case of organizational changes).

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR*, and our legitimate interest in the processing of this data is the efficient and safe organization of the Westminster Day.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but if you fail to do so, you will not receive a free Westminster Day ticket. If that is the case, you will be able to participate in the event after purchasing a ticket on the day of the event.

Your personal data will be received by the following recipients: the IT entity responsible for the preparation and management of the event website.

Your personal data will be deleted immediately after the event, unless storing it becomes necessary in connection with any claims.

Due to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:

the right to access your personal data and receive a copy of it (upon your request we will provide you with information about the data of yours that we process, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we are going to process it and what rights you have in connection therewith),
the right to rectify your personal data (if your data that we process is incorrect, we will correct it upon receiving your notification).
In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (i.e. the right to require that we no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purpose). If you wish to exercise this right, you must specify the reason why you do not want your data to be processed. We must have the possibility to assess the reasonability of your objection.

You may also have the right to be forgotten, i.e., to have your personal data deleted from our databases. You will have this right if:

we process your personal data even though we no longer need it,
you effectively exercise the right to object mentioned above,
the processing of your data is unlawful,
we are required by law to delete your data.

You may also have the right to limit data processing (i.e., to request that we do nothing but store your data without your consent). You will have this right if:

you submit an objection (for the time of our examination of the reasonableness of your objection),
you question the correctness of your data that we process (for the time needed to find out whether we have correct data),
the processing of your data by us turns out to be unlawful (unless you wish your data to be deleted),
we no longer need your data, but you will need it to make, submit or determine claims.
You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

GDPR means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
